Small group training

East Coast Athletics is offering Small Group Basketball Training.

Our small group training sets us apart from others who offer basketball skills training. Features of our program include:

Skill Specific Training: Athletes always train with other athletes who are at a similar skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with athletes who are similarly skilled. 

Small Groups: We form the groups, no more than 6-7 athletes in a group. We generally maintain smaller groups when training less skilled athletes.

Session Format:  Each 1-hour session will consist of drills designed to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, defense and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the game. 

 

Training will run Monday & Wednesday in 1 hour sessions at 6 PM, 7PM & 8PM

SEPTEMBER CLASSES
